My favorite Cherry Pick 1936 Lincoln Wheat Cent doubled die obverse WDDO-002
Just testing the waters here. I wanted to show off one of my favorite cherry picks from a local dealer. I purchased 2 rolls of 1936 circulated Wheat Cents. The very last coin I took out of the roll was one of the better doubled dies for that year! Check it out! Of course it is well circulated, but the doubling is still clearly visible. I was very happy with this find! According to John Wexler at doubleddie.com. there are 23 known doubled die obverse for 1936. This particular one is listed as WDDO-002 and is considered a "Best of Variety".
